We are pleased to offer FREE shipping on all orders!
Most orders are delivered in approximately 14-30 days. Due to current restrictions (owing to COVID-19) some deliveries are taking longer. Please be patient as we try to fulfil orders as quickly and as safely as possible.
If you need to cancel an order after you have placed it, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been dispatched to our fulfilment partners, we may be able to cancel it, but this happens very quickly. Please email us at email@example.com for requests.
As we take extra precautions to keep our people safe, we currently are unable to facilitate returns. We appreciate your understanding during this time.
Exchanges are not permitted at this time.
Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise
We make every effort to ensure that the product delivered meets the standards our customers expect from us. If your order happens to contain damaged or incorrect goods, please contact us within 2 days of receipt and include a photo of the goods in question. Once confirmed, we will either send out a replacement, or if not possible, issue a complete or partial refund. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for requests.

Return & Exchange Details
For all returns or exchanges:
- Items must not be washed, worn or damaged;
- All original tags must be attached;
- You must present a valid order number.
- You will be responsible for return shipping costs; and
- The Queen of Rattan is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping, please use an insured and trackable service.
Please allow for slight variations as all our items are handmade out of natural materials.
